What you'll be doing:
- Taking ownership of Direct Procurement across materials, components and manufactured products
- Developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans across a complex international supply base
- Leading supplier negotiations and delivering improvements across cost, quality, performance and supply resilience
- Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and other technical stakeholders
- Gaining increasing responsibility and influence as the business continues to grow

- A strong Senior Buyer / Direct Procurement professional ready to progress into Procurement Manager level
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering, technology, electronics, medical devices or another product-led environment
