We're partnering with a globally recognised organisation that is investing heavily in the transformation of its procurement function. As part of a newly established team, they're looking to appoint a Procurement Process & Transformation Manager to help reshape procurement operations, drive process excellence and support the implementation of a new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.

This is an opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of its procurement journey. Rather than managing sourcing activity, you'll focus on improving how procurement operates—redesigning processes, embedding new technology and driving organisational change across a global business.

Working closely with procurement leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering a major procurement transformation programme. You'll help define future-state procurement processes, coordinate transformation workstreams and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining project management, process improvement and change management, with the opportunity to influence the direction of a growing procurement function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of strategic procurement transformation initiatives.
  • Review, redesign and optimise end-to-end procurement processes.
  • Play a key role in the implementation of a new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
  • Coordinate project plans, governance and transformation workstreams.
  • Partner with procurement, legal, technology and business stakeholders to deliver change.
  • Develop process documentation, operating procedures and training materials.
  • Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technology.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, governance and the overall user experience.
Role requirements:
  • Experience delivering procurement transformation, business change or process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with procurement technology implementations (CLM, Source-to-Contract or Procure-to-Pay) would be advantageous.
  • Background within procurement excellence, procurement operations, transformation or consulting.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach to delivering change.
Why Apply?
  • Join a global organisation investing significantly in its procurement transformation journey.
  • Play a visible role in shaping future procurement processes and operating models.
  • Work on high-profile transformation projects with exposure to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent long-term career development within a growing procurement function.
