Β£35,000–£50,000 + bonus + excellent progression opportunities

My client is a fast-growing procurement consultancy operating in a true start-up environment, looking to hire an ambitious procurement professional with a strong foundation in procurement and excellent academics, who is looking to accelerate their career within consulting.

This is an opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of growth, where you will gain significant exposure, responsibility, and development far earlier than would typically be possible within a larger corporate environment.

The role is ideally suited to someone with 2–3 years’ procurement experience who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and is looking for broader exposure, greater responsibility, and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

Why this opportunity stands out:

  • Exposure to a genuine start-up consultancy environment with strong growth ambitions
  • Direct exposure to clients and senior stakeholders from day one
  • Opportunity to work across multiple industries and procurement transformation projects
  • Broad exposure to strategic sourcing, category management, supplier negotiations, cost optimisation, and procurement strategy
  • Highly analytical and commercial work with direct impact on client outcomes
  • Faster development and progression than a traditional in-house procurement role
  • The opportunity to help shape and grow a scaling consultancy business

My client is particularly keen to speak with individuals who can demonstrate:

  • 2–3 years’ procurement experience within a strong procurement environment
  • Strong procurement fundamentals and commercial understanding
  • Excellent academics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Confidence working with data and presenting insights to stakeholders
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ambition, resilience, and the ability to thrive within a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Experience within a graduate programme would be advantageous, although not essential

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within procurement consulting while gaining exposure and responsibility at a much earlier stage than would normally be possible.

To apply, please send your CV to or get in touch directly for a confidential discussion.
