E/CTRM Product Manager – Small CTRM Software House (London) – £70-90k Basic

Small but rapidly growing Energy / Commodity Trading & Risk Management (E / CTRM) software house seeks an E/CTRM Product Manager to join them in a hybrid Central London office (2-3 days per week) and flexi-working (2-3 days per week) permanent role.

This is an internally focused role, where you will be the company\’s SME for their E/CTRM system, focused on continuously developing it and working with the external facing PreSales and Implementation Teams in preparing sales demos and supporting successful client onboarding and configuration.

You will join a London based business who have won 12 new European based clients in the last 18 months, successfully implementing their CTRM software, so they are doing really well and keen to continue to build on this. This CTRM Product Manager position is essential to the company’s growth and staying ahead of their competitors in providing an industry leading Cloud / SaaS based solution.

Whilst this role is very much a CTRM Product Manager role, you will be a key member of the wider leadership team and help shape the direction of both the CTRM product itself and the strategic direction of the business, so is hopefully an exciting opportunity for an experienced E/CTRM professional to join a growing business and be part of that exciting journey.

It is essential that you have 5 years+ E/CTRM experience (ideally more), ideally with some previous E/CTRM software house experience, working in business analysis / software implementation or a similar product management. It is essential that you have strong E/CTRM product knowledge that can be gained in any commodity (oil, gas, power, lng, metals, ags, softs, emissions etc), so you’ll have a strong understanding of the differences between Swaps and Options, Derivatives etc.

Salary: £70-90k basic + bonus + benefits
