Global E/CTRM software house seeks a Customer Success Manager to join in a hybrid role working 4 days remotely and 1 day from their London office.

Joining a global and very established E/CTRM software house, you’ll join a very profitable and growing E/CTRM software business who are heavily investing in AI and emerging technologies, who are growing their Customer Success team and thus hiring this position in the UK. You can be based from anywhere in the UK, so pay tax in the UK, but you will need to be able to travel 1 day per week to their London office.

As the commercial and relationship lead, the role is focused on delivering an excellent client experience, driving retention, and supporting long-term account growth. The Customer Success Manager will work closely with Delivery, Product, Support, and Development teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from onboarding to renewal, while also managing escalations, supporting customer needs, and maintaining accurate client documentation.

The successful Customer Success Manager will have a strong background in E/CTRM and ideally ETRM (Power & Gas Trading Software), working in either another Customer Success Manager or could be working as an E/CTRM Business Analyst, Support Analyst, Account Manager or other business facing role. This is a Customer Success Manager role though, so it is essential that you have excellent client facing and senior stakeholder management skills, coupled with good energy trading business knowledge.

My client won't sponsor visas, so it is essential that you have a passport or visa allowing you to live and work in the UK without any issues.
