This is a role supporting a dynamic Procurement function, where you’ll lead on business critical Technology sourcing strategies. From cybersecurity and IT infrastructure to digital innovation, you\’ll influence high-value decision-making that impacts millions. You\’ll lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for complex, high-value initiatives balancing governance, cost-effectiveness, and innovation. You’ll partner with stakeholders across business units to drive strategic sourcing, manage supplier performance, and help shape the commercial frameworks that underpin operational excellence. Your insights will directly support delivery of cutting-edge technology programmes, business continuity, and transformation across the organisation’s corporate services portfolio. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for large-scale technology and cyber programmes Define and manage procurement processes that support complex, regulated environments and high-risk delivery programmes. Implement robust commercial and supplier management frameworks, including KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement targets. Engage with the external market to identify and introduce commercial innovation, new models, and industry best practices. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, balancing commercial rigour with business agility. Your Background A proven track record in leading procurement activities for major IT/Technology projects or programmes, preferably within large, regulated, or asset-intensive environments. Experience working with various commercial models, including framework agreements, call-offs, or NEC-style contracts. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to challenge and influence at senior levels. Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, manage supply risk, and deliver value through procurement. Comfortable working cross-functionally with programme teams, planners, risk managers, and project controls professionals. CIPS, MRICS, APM or equivalent professional accreditation (or relevant experience at an equivalent level) ideal but not required Why Apply?
