This household energy organisation is embarking upon an exciting transformation within their procurement function. Following a sustained period of growth, they’re seeking several new hires to join within their renewables division, and help take their procurement function towards best-in-class.
A key hire within the team with be the Process Procurement Lead, which will drive the transformation agenda across the procurement function ensuring you embed best-in-class way-of-working and procurement methodologies to change the future of procurement in the business.
As a Senior Procurement Manager – Processes & Systems:
- Drive change and transformation across procurement systems such as P2P & S2C, ensuring these systems are well managed and communicated
- Be accountable for the collection and provision of procurement data, acting as a key link between procurement and the wider business
- Explore opportunity to implement new technologies and governance that will ensure more effective cross-functional collaboration
- Be a leader to guide stakeholder’s through transformation activities, ensuring smooth transition between systems and effective ways of working are implemented.
- Identify opportunities to ensure sustainable procurement ambitions are realized
Key Skills Required:
- Strong prior experience leading procurement transformation initiatives for new systems such as P2P or S2C
- Demonstrable experience in change management, challenging the status quo and driving new ways of working
- Strong negotiation skills, with proven experience, challenging and influencing effectively within a matrix organisation
