Do you possess a strong procurement background within outsourcing, offshoring, third party services or BPO? This Senior Procurement Manager role is at the heart of a major customer-facing function, with huge visibility and influence across operations, procurement, and commercial leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading end-to-end sourcing and contract management for global outsourced and BPO services.
  • Managing supplier strategy across onshore, nearshore and offshore delivery models.
  • Driving major negotiations, commercial strategy, and long-term supplier performance.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders across procurement, customer service, commercial and tech.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost optimisation, innovation and transformation in third-party delivery.
  • Developing category strategies that support service excellence across digital and operational channels.


Required Experience:

  • Strong experience in outsourcing, offshoring, BPO, ITO or other third-party managed services.
  • Proven ability to lead large, complex supplier negotiations and manage long-term contracts.
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and aligning sourcing strategies to business goals.
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working across international markets or complex delivery models would be a plus.
