This is an opportunity to influence strategic sourcing decisions, lead complex negotiations and make a genuine difference within a high-profile organisation. You'll manage procurement across physical equipment and associated services, work closely with senior stakeholders and have the opportunity to develop a Category Manager, strengthening your own leadership capabilities along the way.

With the opportunity to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic commercial decisions, you'll play a visible role in strengthening procurement performance across the organisation.

Alongside this, you'll manage key supplier relationships, driving accountability and continuous improvement through effective contract management, SLAs and performance reviews. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your leadership experience by supporting and coaching a Category Manager, giving you the scope to broaden your influence while retaining ownership of your own category.

What you'll bring:

  • Commercial Confidence: Experience procuring physical goods, equipment and associated services, with a good understanding of supplier performance, contractual obligations, SLAs and commercial negotiations.
  • A Curious & Analytical Mindset: Someone with excellent attention to detail, strong research skills and the ability to use market intelligence to form their own opinions, challenge assumptions and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Influencing & Relationship Management: The confidence to hold your own in discussions, constructively challenge suppliers and stakeholders, and influence decisions even in complex commercial environments.

You'll have the chance to make your mark within a globally recognised organisation, taking ownership of a business-critical category and influencing procurement decisions that support essential operations across London. With exposure to complex sourcing projects, senior stakeholder relationships and the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, this is a great next step for someone looking to broaden their strategic and commercial influence.
