As Senior Procurement Manager, you'll take ownership of a significant multi-million-pound global spend across onshore, nearshore and offshore customer operations. These third-party partnerships are central to the business’s award-winning customer experience, and you’ll play a lead role in optimising their commercial, operational, and strategic performance.
Partnering with senior stakeholders across Procurement, Commercial, Customer Service, and Technology, you'll drive supplier strategy, lead major contract negotiations, and play a key role in transforming the company's outsourced operating model. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end sourcing and contract management of large-scale outsourced contact centre and BPO agreements across global markets.
- Set and execute supplier strategy: selection, onboarding, governance, performance management (SRM), and transformation.
- Drive major negotiations, commercial terms, and risk mitigation for complex third-party service contracts.
- Influence and align with C-suite and senior leadership to deliver strategic outcomes across procurement and customer operations.
- Identify and deliver opportunities for cost optimisation, service improvement, innovation, and supplier consolidation.
- Work closely with global procurement teams to ensure consistent best practice and policy alignment.
- Own the development of category strategies that support business priorities across customer service and digital engagement channels.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong procurement experience in outsourcing, BPO, ITO or managed services.
- Commercially astute, with deep expertise in contracting, negotiations, and supplier performance frameworks.
- Understanding of or exposure to outsourced operations / offshore delivery models.
- Ability to manage senior internal stakeholders and vendor relationships.
- Strong leadership skills, able to drive initiatives, influence change, and work cross-functionally.
- Experience using procurement systems and confident analysing supplier and commercial data.
