The role:
The successful candidate will lead the delivery of major clinical procurement and cost improvement programmes. You will act as a trusted advisor to clinical and executive stakeholders, building credibility quickly through your category expertise and healthcare procurement knowledge.
Ideal background:
- Extensive clinical procurement experience across NHS and/or private healthcare environments (category exposure to one or more of: Medical, Surgical, Prosthetics, Radiology, Pathology)
- Proven track record delivering procurement savings across clinical spend categories
- Strong knowledge of UK Public Sector procurement regulations and frameworks
- Experience leading complex procurement projects across multiple stakeholders and client environments
