Overview Join a pioneering renewable energy start-up at the forefront of designing, building, and integrating cutting-edge battery energy storage systems. The company is hiring multiple Senior Commercial Leads to support major capital construction projects across EMEA.In this strategic role, you will take ownership of the full commercial process — from leading RFPs and competitive bidding, to negotiating complex EPC and supplier contracts. You\’ll shape the company\’s commercial strategy, improve procurement and supply chain processes, and help scale operations into new geographies.Responsibilities Lead RFP responses and competitive bid processes for major capital construction projects across EMEA.Analyse commercial and legal elements of customer RFPs to deliver compelling, competitive submissions and expand the project pipeline.Negotiate contracts with customers and subcontractors (equipment, services, EPC) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.Develop RFP requirements for subcontractors and evaluate bid submissions.Work closely with the supply chain team to gather market intelligence and identify trends and risks in the supply landscape.Liaise with external stakeholders including clients, vendors, and suppliers.Required Experience & Qualifications Bachelor\\\’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Proven experience leading commercial contract negotiations and managing RFPs for equipment supply.Strong experience in commercial contract negotiations and tender management in the energy sector.Prior experience working with a major construction client, contractor, or consultancy.Familiarity with standard contract forms such as FIDIC, NEC, JCT, etc.Excellent communication skills, including confidence in delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Why Join?
