This Senior Category Manager role is at the heart of a major customer-facing function, with huge visibility and influence across operations, procurement, and commercial leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end sourcing and contract management for global outsourced and BPO services.
- Managing supplier strategy across onshore, nearshore and offshore delivery models.
- Driving major negotiations, commercial strategy, and long-term supplier performance.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across procurement, customer service, commercial and tech.
- Identifying opportunities for cost optimisation, innovation and transformation in third-party delivery.
- Developing category strategies that support service excellence across digital and operational channels.=
Required Experience:
- Strong experience in BPO, outsourcing, offshoring, ITO or other third-party managed services.
- Proven ability to lead large, complex supplier negotiations and manage long-term contracts.
