You've built a strong procurement career. But are you getting the influence, ownership and progression that should come with it?
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Indirect Procurement professional to join one of the world's most respected professional services organisations, taking ownership of procurement activity across a key business unit with a global remit.
This is a role for someone who wants to move beyond traditional category management and become a genuine strategic business partner, influencing commercial decisions, advising senior leadership and helping shape how procurement operates across the organisation.
With a major procurement transformation underway, the successful individual will join at a particularly exciting stage, with the opportunity to make a visible impact as the function continues to grow in influence.
Procurement Business Partner, Role Responsibilities:
- Genuine Business Ownership: Take responsibility for procurement across a key business unit, rather than being restricted to a single category.
- Senior Stakeholder Exposure: Build relationships with senior business leaders, becoming a trusted advisor on commercial and procurement decisions.
- Global Scope: Gain exposure to complex procurement challenges across an international professional services organisation.
- Transformation & Influence: Help shape a procurement function that is evolving towards a more strategic, best-in-class operating model.
- Culture & Career Development: Join an organisation with an excellent reputation for its people, collaborative culture and long-term career opportunities.
Procurement Business Partner, Required Background:
- Strong Indirect Procurement experience, ideally gained within a major Professional Services, Consulting or similarly complex corporate environment.
- Broad category exposure, particularly across Professional Services, IT, HR, Marketing and wider Corporate Services.
- Excellent Procurement Business Partnering and senior stakeholder management skills.
- Proven strategic sourcing, commercial negotiation and category management capability.
- A proactive, commercially minded individual who can challenge stakeholders, influence decisions and operate with genuine autonomy.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has established themselves within a sophisticated procurement environment but is now looking for greater strategic responsibility, broader business exposure and a clearer path towards senior procurement leadership.
With the strength of the brand, the calibre of the professionals around them and the scale of change underway, this offers the chance to make a meaningful next step without compromising on culture or long-term development.
