A major energy organisation with a strong UK presence is seeking a Procurement Manager to support procurement activity across its nuclear and energy portfolio. This role will sit within a highly established procurement team delivering strategic sourcing, commercial management and contract governance across complex, regulated environments. Working under NEC contracts and public sector procurement frameworks, the Procurement Manager will support nationally significant programmes with long-term funding and strategic importance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for nuclear and energy projects.
  • Manage commercial relationships and ensure contract compliance within NEC contract frameworks.
  • Analyse complex commercial models and negotiate favourable terms with suppliers.
  • Stakeholder engagement across procurement teams, project stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Support public sector procurement and regulated procurement processes.
  • Report on procurement performance and contribute to continuous improvement.

Ideal background and qualifications:

  • Proven procurement experience within nuclear, energy or other regulated industries.
