We're partnering with an established, technology-driven proprietary trading firm with a strong track record across global energy markets.
Following continued success across Brent, Gasoil and Heating Oil, the firm is looking to hire an experienced Refined Products Trader with EBOB trading experience to help expand its European refined products franchise.
This is a unique opportunity to join a highly collaborative trading environment where you'll have the autonomy to make a real impact from day one.
Supported by proprietary trading technology, direct market access and established broker relationships, you'll have the infrastructure needed to help develop and grow the firm's refined products trading business.
Responsibilities
- Trade EBOB and other refined products markets.
- Help build and expand the firm's European refined products trading capability.
- Develop and implement profitable trading strategies.
- Build and maintain strong broker and market relationships.
- Collaborate closely with an experienced team of proprietary traders.
- Contribute to the firm's continued growth across global energy markets.
Requirements
- Proven experience trading refined products, including direct EBOB market experience.
- Strong understanding of electronic trading and energy derivatives markets.
- Experience within a proprietary trading firm, commodity trading house or energy trading business.
- Existing broker relationships are highly desirable.
- Commercial mindset with a collaborative approach to trading.
