We're partnering with a globally recognised organisation embarking on a major transformation of its procurement function.
As part of a newly created team, you'll play a key role in redefining how procurement operates across the business—driving business change, improving processes, embedding new ways of working and helping build a best-in-class procurement function.
This is far more than a traditional procurement role.
You'll work alongside senior procurement leaders to deliver high-impact transformation programmes, influence stakeholders across the business and help shape the future operating model of a global procurement organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic procurement transformation and business change initiatives.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, influencing teams to embrace new ways of working.
- Redesign and optimise procurement processes to improve efficiency, governance and user experience.
- Support the rollout of new procurement tools and digital capabilities.
- Coordinate transformation workstreams, project plans and governance activities.
- Develop communications, training and change initiatives to ensure successful adoption.
- Champion continuous improvement and help embed a culture of procurement excellence.
Requirements
- Experience delivering procurement transformation, business change or continuous improvement programmes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change across complex organisations.
- Background in Procurement Excellence, Procurement Operations, Transformation or Consulting.
- Experience delivering technology-enabled change within procurement is advantageous.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for improving how organisations operate.
