We are partnering with a nationally recognised public sector infrastructure organisation to appoint multiple Procurement Sourcing Managers. This organisation is backed by a government-approved, multi-billion-pound investment programme running through to 2029.
You will be joining a well-established Commercial and Procurement team operating at genuine scale, managing procurement across some of the most complex, high-value categories within public sector procurement. If you have a strong public sector sourcing background and want to lead complex, over-threshold tendering at scale, this is where you want to be. High value. High visibility. Real ownership.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end, over-threshold sourcing projects in a reclassified procurement environment
- Developing and delivering sourcing strategies and full tender documentation
- Conducting pre-market engagement and complex commercial evaluations
- Negotiating with suppliers and driving demonstrable savings delivery
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple internal functions
- Applying knowledge of contract law and financial management to complex sourcing challenges
- Contributing to continuous improvement and category strategy development
What they need:
- Public sector procurement experience (essential)
- Recent, demonstrable over-threshold tendering experience outside of a framework (essential)
- Strong working knowledge of regulated procurement (PCR 2015 / Procurement Act 2023)
- NEC3/NEC4 Contract experience desired
- Proven negotiation and stakeholder management capability at a senior level
- Based 90 minutes from Milton Keynes (Willing to travel to MK 1 day a week)
