My client is a rapidly growing procurement and consulting business that is building a best-in-class Strategic Sourcing function to support an expanding portfolio of major clients across multiple sectors. Operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and high-performance environment, the business is looking to hire an ambitious Strategic Sourcing Specialist from either a Direct or Indirect procurement background who wants to be part of a genuine growth journey and make a visible impact from day one.

- Direct Procurement / Strategic Sourcing categories
- Indirect Procurement / Corporate Services categories
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end sourcing and procurement activity across a range of Direct or Indirect spend categories
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating supplier contracts with key vendors and stakeholders
- Running RFIs, RFPs and complex tender processes from inception through to award
- Supporting supplier strategy, commercial negotiations and procurement transformation initiatives
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers in a highly collaborative environment
- Helping shape procurement processes, governance and best practice as the business scales
- Working closely with senior leadership, gaining direct exposure to strategic business decisions and growth plans
Required Experience & Skills:
- Procurement or Strategic Sourcing experience across either Direct or Indirect categories
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating supplier contracts
- Exposure to RFIs, RFPs and end-to-end sourcing projects
- Degree educated preferred
- Ambitious, analytical and highly driven with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable operating within a fast-moving, evolving and entrepreneurial business environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
