Central London β 3 days per week / Hybrid Β£150βΒ£200 per day (Inside IR35)
My client, a fast-growing international business within the fintech and digital payments space, is looking to hire a Partnerships & Marketing Executive on an initial 12-month contract to support the growth and monetisation of key commercial partnerships. This role sits within the Partnerships team and will work closely with Product, Marketing, Relationship Management, and Data teams to deliver impactful B2B and B2C marketing initiatives across multiple partner channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career within partnerships, marketing, or commercial operations. My client is also happy to consider strong graduates or candidates early in their career who are keen to break into a partnerships-focused role. The client is ideally looking for someone who can start immediately or at short notice.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of B2B and B2C partnership marketing campaigns
- Coordinate marketing initiatives with commercial and relationship management teams
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and reporting
- Track campaign performance, merchant engagement, and ROI metrics
- Support promotional activity, presentations, and case studies
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to launch new marketing initiatives and placements
- Assist with marketing automation processes and campaign optimisation
- Maintain and update CRM and CMS systems
- Prepare weekly/monthly reporting and commercial analysis
- Experience within partnerships, marketing, commercial operations, campaign management, or internships in similar environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with experience working with data and reporting
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint capability
- Experience using CRM/CMS systems would be advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to fintech, payments, gaming, gambling, forex, or financial services would be beneficial but not essential
- Commercially minded and eager to learn
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Adaptable and comfortable within a fast-moving environment
