An urgent opportunity has arisen for an interim procurement professional to join a globally recognised FTSE 100 firm as Sourcing Lead for HR & Professional Services. This role will see you leading high‐value procurement initiatives across multiple strategic indirect categories, including HR, Professional Services, FM, and Marketing.
You will work closely with a highly engaged, senior stakeholder community, driving procurement excellence and influencing key decisions at the highest level. This is a career‐defining opportunity to work within a truly global organisation alongside some of the industry's top procurement professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‐to‐end sourcing processes across HR and wider indirect categories – including RFPs, RFQs, supplier negotiations, contracting, and stakeholder engagement
- Spearhead multi‐million‐pound procurement projects across categories such as Recruitment, Contingent Labour, Legal, Financial Services, FM, and Marketing
- Influence and manage relationships with executive‐level stakeholders (CIO, CEO, CPO)
- Act as a procurement mentor, promoting best‐in‐class sourcing strategies and stakeholder management across the wider team
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, category management, and indirect procurement within Blue Chip or global corporate environments
- Expertise across HR, Professional Services, and ideally other indirect categories (Finance, FM, Marketing, Technology)
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with experience working at senior executive level
- Degree‐qualified, with MCIPS (but not essential)
