Overview
You will lead global indirect procurement strategy across Legal Services and Consultancy, shaping a best-in-class function. You’ll manage a multi-hundred-million spend and own high-value category strategies, partnering with senior stakeholders across an international organisation. The role offers exposure to complex negotiations with global law firms and professional service providers, driving value and procurement transformation. This is a high-impact position in a rapidly evolving function with strong colleagues and substantial scope to influence outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead global strategy for Legal Services, Consultancy and wider Professional Services procurement
- Manage a spend portfolio in the hundreds of millions
- Develop and execute high-value category strategies for complex services
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiations with law firms, consultancies and service providers
- Partner with senior and executive stakeholders across international sites
- Drive commercial value, supplier innovation and procurement best practices during transformation
Key requirements
- Strong indirect procurement experience
- Experience with Legal Services and/or Consultancy Services is highly valuable
- Proven ability to manage significant spend and lead complex negotiations
- Excellent strategic sourcing, category management and supplier relationship management
- Credibility to influence senior stakeholders in a large global organisation
