Working within a highly visible global function, you'll influence senior stakeholders across multiple business units while driving commercial value, innovation, supplier performance and procurement transformation on an international scale.

This position would suit an experienced

Category Manager, Procurement Manager, Strategic Sourcing Manager looking to step into a truly global role where they can influence strategy, lead complex sourcing initiatives and partner with senior business leaders across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end strategic sourcing projects across IT, Professional Services and HR categories on a global scale.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that balance commercial value, total cost of ownership, innovation, sustainability and risk.
  • Build strategic supplier partnerships whilst leading supplier performance, contract management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders globally to identify opportunities, influence procurement strategy and support business transformation.
  • Drive value creation through supplier innovation, cost optimisation and procurement best practice.
  • Support the ongoing evolution of a world-class global procurement function operating within a complex international matrix organisation.

Desired Skills

  • Strong strategic procurement experience across IT, Professional Services, HR or other indirect categories.
  • Experience leading complex sourcing programmes and negotiating high-value commercial contracts.
  • Comfortable managing global stakeholders within an international matrix organisation.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost optimisation, supplier performance and long-term business value.
  • Excellent influencing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree qualified and ideally CIPS qualified (or working towards), although equivalent procurement experience will also be considered.
