A globally recognised organisation is seeking a Global Procurement Manager to join its expanding international procurement function during an exciting period of transformation and growth.
This position will lead strategic procurement activity across a broad range of Marketing and Creative Services spend areas, partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple global markets to deliver commercial value, supplier innovation and procurement best practice. The role offers the opportunity to operate within a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, supporting large-scale international projects and working closely with key operational and business stakeholders globally.
As Global Procurement Manager, you will:
- Lead strategic sourcing and category management activity across Marketing and Creative Services spend
- Manage complex supplier negotiations and commercial agreements with a broad international supplier base
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that drive value, efficiency and supplier performance
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions and regions
- Support supplier relationship management activity, including performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute towards wider procurement transformation and process improvement projects across the global business
Required background:
- Strong experience within Marketing Procurement & Creative Services Procurement
- Proven ability to manage strategic sourcing activity and complex commercial negotiations
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to operate across international environments within a matrix organisational structure
- Experience working within complex, fast-paced organisations
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on and collaborative approach
