LOCATION: You will be working out of their London European HQ, so it is important that you live or can commute to their London office 2-3 days per week, with additional European travel to other European offices (where you will have direct reports, maybe twice per month) and to client site (twice per month).

ROLE: This is an ETRM delivery leadership role so you will NOT be doing implementation / delivery work yourself. Your role will be to lead and grow the ETRM professional services / delivery team, owning the successful execution of a €3–5m portfolio across complex, multi-project environments. You'll ensure delivery is efficient, commercially robust, and aligned to customer outcomes, acting as the key bridge between Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.

It is essential that you have several years in ETRM (EU Power & Gas specifically) business analysis and project / programme management. You don't need to have worked for another ETRM software house or consultancy but it would be helpful.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ETRM professional with some team leader or management experience keen to join a very established and profitable Global ETRM business, leading all their ETRM delivery across Europe. So this could be an experienced Manager/Director or could be a Team Leader keen to step up into a hands-off management role.
