Global leading ETRM / CTRM consultancy seeks an ETRM Client Partner to account manage and lead all client engagements in Europe, with a day-to-day focus on 1-3 of their key clients.
My client is a very established ETRM / CTRM IT consulting business with a growing reputation globally, but most well known in Europe and North America. As an ETRM / CTRM product agnostic consulting business, you will work with a variety of blue chip multinational clients on Greenfield and upgrade projects across multiple ETRMs including Endur, Aspect, Allegro and RightAngle.
Reporting into the European Managing Director, this is a brand new position, created with a very client focused / account managing focus, based ideally from London (where a lot of their clients are based, although they have clients based across Europe). You’ll oversee all ETRM/CTRM projects and programs in Europe, working very closely with clients, building trusted long lasting partnerships with CxOs and senior stakeholders beyond IT, shaping high-value proposals and ensuring a fantastic working relationship.
As well as having a strong external client focus, you will also collaborate closely with the consultancy’s delivery teams, ensuring excellence in client delivery and satisfaction, as well as working with the rest of the leadership team to drive new initiatives, best practices and broader company growth.
Salary: £120k-160k basic + bonus + benefits
Key skills sought:
- 10 years+ experience working in ETRM / CTRM consulting either for a competitor consultancy operating at Manager, Senior Manager or Director grade (BA, PM or Program Manager) delivering ETRM / CTRM projects and managing clients.
- You could already have made the transition into an Account Manager / Customer Success Manager / Client Partner role or be looking to move your career in this direction from a more consulting ETRM / CTRM delivery manager role.
- Strong ETRM / CTRM functional knowledge with the ability to talk credibly with clients about their ETRM / CTRM projects.
- Proven experience managing client delivery engagements.
- British citizen or hold a UK visa allowing you to live and work in the UK without any restrictions (or similar European passport or visa based in Continental Europe).
- Typically bright, degree educated.
