This award-winning and private equity-backed boutique consulting firm, renowned for their approach to bespoke advisory services, are looking to bring onboard a new director to support the growth of their digital and technology platform, where you will lead across data transformation, data science programmes and drive the growth of their software products.
In this role you will lead a team of over 20, comprised of analysts, data scientists and product teams, reporting directly into the global CTO and Partner and act as the key playmaker in this firm's digital platform performance and growth strategies.
Having seen significant growth over the past years, with nominations and awards from the likes of the management consulting association, the financial times and industry bodies such as CIPS, there is no doubt the successful director will be joining one of the leading consulting practices in the UK, with the autonomy and opportunity to drive the continued growth of a successful practice and carve out a route to partnership and beyond.
Role outline:
- Sit as part of the senior leadership team of this boutique consultancy, responsible for leading the digital platform related solution development, client acquisition and ongoing development across all sectors.
- You will own the delivery of digital platform engagements, utilising data science, AI and in-house applications.
- Revenue targets of 2-3M per annum, utilising new and current client relationships to achieve.
- Lead the deployment of new digital propositions and introduce new technology solutions to clients.
Experience required:
- A senior leadership position held within a management consultancy, with experience operating across procurement & supply chain projects.
- Demonstrable experience of driving digital innovation, which drives revenue and increases productivity for clients.
- Proven ability to operate with C-suite level and build long-term partnered relationships with these individuals.
- Broad understanding of data analytics and AI.
- Degree level education; MBA / Masters is desired however not essential.
