Interim Senior HR Procurement / Category Lead £600–£700 per day | Inside IR35 | London | 1–2 days per week in office My client is looking for a highly experienced Interim Senior HR Procurement / Category Lead to take ownership of a high-profile HR procurement portfolio within a complex, global organisation. This is a senior, hands-on interim assignment requiring someone who can come in and make an immediate impact. You will act as the procurement subject-matter expert for HR, partnering with senior HR and business stakeholders to shape category strategy, lead major sourcing initiatives and drive commercial value across a broad range of HR services. We are particularly interested in candidates with strong HR category expertise gained within Financial Services, Insurance or similarly complex and highly regulated corporate environments. You will take a leading role across the HR category, providing strategic procurement expertise while remaining hands-on in the delivery of key sourcing and commercial initiatives.
