Key Responsibilities:- Lead procurement activity across a broad range of indirect and operational spend areas including FM and business services.
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing and operational stakeholders to support procurement delivery across the site.
- Lead sourcing projects, supplier negotiations and contract management initiatives. Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, process improvement and procurement excellence.
- Support the ongoing development and maturity of procurement processes, governance and ways of working.
- Build strong relationships across technical, operational and business functions.
- Drive supplier performance, risk management and commercial value delivery.
- Support wider procurement transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience within indirect procurement or category management, ideally within manufacturing, engineering or industrial environments.
- Strong experience across indirect categories such as FM, operational services or wider business support spend.
- Ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Comfortable operating within dynamic and evolving environments.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and delivery.
- Exposure to technical or engineering environments would be advantageous.
