Indirect Procurement Manager – Professional Services (6 Month FTC)
Location: London, UK (2 days in office, 3 days home office)
Salary: £400 – £700 day rate
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and ambitious Indirect Procurement Manager to join a globally recognised pharmaceutical company based in London.
In this role, you will have the chance to drive strategic procurement initiatives across a diverse and dynamic organisation. You will collaborate with global teams to optimise sourcing processes, negotiate contracts, and contribute to the company’s overarching procurement goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Support with sourcing strategies and procurement activities within the Professional Services category, ensuring alignment with the company’s global objectives.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from strategic sourcing to contract negotiation and supplier management.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and drive efficiency.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high service levels and quality standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in procurement practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in indirect procurement, specifically in the Professional Services category, ideally within a large-scale or global environment. However, other strategic procurement backgrounds will also be considered.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive value and innovation through supplier relationships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- A clear desire for progression and an ambition to develop your career within a leading global firm.
