As the HR Benefits Category Manager, you'll own a strategically important global category, partnering with HR, Reward, and executive stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, optimise supplier performance, and deliver commercial value across multiple international markets.

Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver the global category strategy for Employee Benefits.
Lead strategic sourcing and complex procurement projects across healthcare, pensions, wellbeing, insurance, flexible benefits, and benefits brokerage.
Partner with senior HR, Reward, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders across multiple regions.
Negotiate and manage high-value supplier agreements to deliver commercial value and innovation.
Analyse spend, market trends, and supplier performance to identify cost optimisation and service improvement opportunities.
Drive supplier relationship management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the wider procurement transformation by embedding best-in-class category management practices.
