You’ll steer a £200m+ spend portfolio, leading a high-performing international team and shaping group-wide sourcing strategies that drive transformation, sustainability, and enterprise-wide value creation.

- Experience operating within global or pan-European environments, managing complex stakeholder groups.
- Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management and procurement risk governance.
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen with a focus on driving measurable value.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at executive level.
- Forward-thinking leadership style – innovative, collaborative and growth-focused.
- Degree educated, with CIPS/MCIPS (or equivalent) desirable.
