In this role you will lead from London, steering a high-velocity, multi-year enterprise software sales engine across EMEA. You drive growth by closing high-value deals and building a world-class, consultative sales team in a niche, innovative market. You will shape the commercial strategy in partnership with product and marketing, while expanding the customer footprint with energy trading, commodity, and fintech clients. This is a frontline, hands-on leadership position in a market-leading software business.
Responsibilities
- Actively hunt, negotiate, and close high-value multi-year enterprise software agreements across EMEA
- Coach and develop a London-based sales team to sustain a high-performance, consultative selling culture
- Identify new logo opportunities in emerging energy trading software and data sectors
- Collaborate with product management and marketing to align commercial strategy with market disruptions
- Demonstrate a proven track record of selling enterprise software, SaaS, or high-value data analytics into energy, commodities, or fintech sectors
- Leverage a deep network in London and European energy trading hubs to engage C-suite and quantitative buyers
- Navigate conversations on energy trading, data integration, risk analytics, and enterprise architecture
Key requirements
- Several years hands-on sales management experience selling ETRM, CTRM, and/or energy trading data to EMEA clients
- Past leadership experience: hiring, mentoring, and leading a dynamic new business sales team
- English fluency (essential); other European or Arabic languages beneficial
- Degree-educated, typically bright
- Willing and able to work from London office 2β3 days per week
- British citizen or valid UK work authorization (visa, ILR, etc.) without sponsorship
