Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies aligned with global business goals.
- Lead supplier relationship management to drive performance, compliance, and value creation.
- Specialise in HR, Marketing, and Travel categories, with opportunities to take ownership of additional areas such as Facilities Management.
- Conduct market research and identify innovative, cost‑effective sourcing options.
- Champion the adoption of digital procurement tools, including AI‑powered platforms to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
- Embed ESG, Carbon Reduction, and DE&I initiatives into sourcing strategies to ensure ethical and sustainable supply chains.
- Build long‑term strategic partnerships with suppliers to unlock innovation and competitive advantage.
- Report directly to the Procurement & Supplier Management Director and gain exposure to a team of procurement experts committed to your growth.
- Around 3–5 years’ experience in Indirect Procurement (e.g. HR, Marketing, FM), with the ability to work flexibly across multiple sub‑categories.
- Demonstrable experience in a strategic, commercially focused procurement environment.
- Proven track record managing end‑to‑end procurement processes across multiple projects.
- Experience in a professional services or financial services environment is highly desirable.
- Degree from a respected academic institution.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier contracts, and procurement frameworks, including contract drafting and skilled negotiation.
- Confident, credible communicator, able to engage and influence senior stakeholders and legal specialists.
