Customer Success Manager | Energy Trading Software | UK (Hybrid) £70,000 + Bonus + Extras

I'm partnering with a well-established and growing energy technology company that is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to support and grow relationships across its portfolio of energy trading software solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is investing heavily in its Customer Success function under new leadership. You'll play a key role in shaping how the company partners with its clients, driving long-term relationships, improving customer outcomes, and helping influence the future direction of the function.

Rather than joining an established team with rigid processes, this role offers the opportunity to bring new ideas, take ownership, and make a genuine impact as the business continues to expand.

The Role

You'll manage a portfolio of customers across the energy sector, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the entire customer lifecycle. From on-boarding new clients and coordinating implementations through to renewals, account growth and strategic account management, you'll work closely with Product, Delivery, Support and Development teams to ensure customers achieve maximum value from the software.

This role combines customer relationship management, commercial ownership and project coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with both clients and internal stakeholders.

What They're Looking For

Candidates should have approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience and come from an energy trading software or energy markets background.

Experience within ETRM software is essential, and candidates with exposure to Contigo or similar energy trading platforms will be particularly attractive.

They are open to individuals coming from Customer Success, Account Management, Business Analysis, Application Support, Functional Consulting, Project Management or Implementation roles, provided they have strong client-facing experience and understand the energy trading lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with ETRM software within the energy industry.

• An understanding of power and gas trading processes and the trade lifecycle.

• Experience managing customer relationships in a SaaS environment.

• Strong project coordination or implementation experience, particularly onboarding customers.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to work independently and bring forward new ideas.

Location

This is a hybrid role (4 days remote) with a preference for UK based candidates, particularly around London or within commuting distance of the office.

Exceptional candidates based in Paris or Brussels may also be considered.

Salary & Benefits

Salary up to £70,000, plus bonus and an excellent benefits package.

UK work authorization required, my client will not sponsor visas.

If you have experience with energy trading software, enjoy building long-term customer relationships and are looking to join a growing business where you'll have genuine autonomy and influence, please apply directly here or send me an email to
