Job Description Energy Trading Credit Risk Business Change Manager Business: Top 3 global commodity trading house Location: London based role Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home (WFH) Salary: £100k basic + high bonus + benefits Top 3 global commodity trading house seeks a dynamic Energy Trading Business Change Manager (internal consultant role) to join their Global Business Change Team (internal consultancy), working closely with their Credit Risk Team out of their Central London office. This position is looking for a superstar , so you need to be very bright, dynamic, with a strong track record of success, working with demanding senior stakeholders and driving projects/change in trading businesses, ideally with strong external consulting experience. This is thus an ideal opportunity for an experienced energy trading business change management consultant with strong credit risk experience who wants to move in-house and work directly for the client / trading business. Joining their global business change team in London, you’ll report into their Global Head of Business Change but also indirectly into their Global Head of Credit Risk Management and his Global Credit Risk Trading Team, across their London, Singapore and Houston offices.
