This is an exciting opportunity to join a nationally significant infrastructure organisation delivering a major capital investment programme. Sitting within a sophisticated procurement and commercial function, this role offers the chance to take ownership of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), supplier performance, and supply chain risk across a critical infrastructure and construction portfolio.

  • Embedding KPI and SLA frameworks to drive supplier accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Managing supplier risk, governance, segmentation, and performance reporting.
  • Leading supplier reviews and building strong, performance-led strategic relationships.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders across procurement, commercial, supply chain, and programme delivery teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Circa 5–10 years’ experience across Supply Chain, SRM, Procurement or Commercial roles within major construction, infrastructure, or capital projects.
  • Strong understanding of supplier performance, KPIs, SLA management, and SRM best practice.
  • Client-side or consultancy experience highly desirable.
  • Experience across major projects / infrastructure programmes rather than contractor-side delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder influence skills and confidence engaging senior audiences.
  • MCIPS, MRICS or equivalent professional qualification required.

Why This Role Stands Out:

  • Strategic, highly visible role within a major infrastructure environment.
  • Opportunity to shape supplier performance and supply chain strategy across large-scale capital programmes.
