I am partnering with a high growth fintech organisation that is scaling its procurement and risk capability as part of a wider global transformation programme. This is a newly created role within Procurement, designed for someone with strong Third-Party Risk Management experience who wants exposure, ownership, and the chance to operate in a fast-moving financial services environment. You will sit close to senior procurement and risk leadership, playing a key role in the day-to-day delivery and improvement of Third-Party Risk Management across the business. This is not a BAU role. It suits someone commercially minded, confident, and motivated by pace, visibility, and development.
Role Summary: You will support and help run the organisation’s Third-Party Risk Management activity, working closely with an offshore operations team and internal stakeholders to ensure risk assessments are delivered accurately, consistently, and on time. A core focus of the role is improving how TPRM operates. Processes are evolving, systems are being enhanced, and there is genuine scope to help shape better ways of working while gaining exposure to senior decision-makers.
- Support the delivery of day-to-day Third Party Risk Management activity
- Work closely with the offshore operations team to maintain quality and consistency
- Ensure outputs meet internal standards and are audit ready
- Track workflow, turnaround times, and key service measures
- Act as a first point of contact for internal stakeholders on routine TPRM queries
- Coordinate with Procurement to ensure risk assessments are triggered appropriately
- Escalate higher-risk or complex cases to senior risk stakeholders when required
- Contribute to reporting, MI, and insight packs for leadership
- Support continuous improvement across tools, processes, and controls
What They’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience in Third Party Risk Management or supplier risk operations
- Exposure to financial services, fintech, consulting, or regulated environments
- Strong understanding of operational risk processes and controls
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing, growth-oriented business
- Confident communicator who can engage stakeholders pragmatically
- Experience working with offshore or remote teams is beneficial
- Leadership potential is important, formal line management experience is not essential
Why This Role:
- A genuine opportunity to grow within a fintech investing heavily in procurement and risk
- High visibility role with exposure to senior stakeholders early in your career
- Ideal for someone looking to step up responsibility without jumping straight into a heavy people-lead role
- Clear progression as the function and business continue to scale
