Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and risks through data-driven insights, developing and executing strategies that create value and reduce exposure.
- Develop and implement supplier and sourcing strategies, driving forward planning and alignment with key partners.
- Lead complex negotiations, leveraging market intelligence to deliver measurable financial impact while balancing value creation and risk management.
- Build and maintain high-impact supplier relationships, including leading regular business review meetings.
- Collaborate with colleagues across finance, analytics, technology, and operations to enhance sourcing processes and ensure the timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement, helping to establish best-in-class sourcing and supplier management practices.

Experience Required
- Degree-qualified with 5+ years’ experience in direct sourcing, ideally gained within the retail, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or food industries.
- Proven track record in supplier, category, and contract management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Advanced Excel capabilities and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience within a regulated industry or consumer healthcare environment is advantageous.
