Responsible Procurement & Supplier Risk Lead Location: London (3 days per week in the office) Salary: Β£120,000 + Bonus + Benefits My client is seeking an experienced Responsible Procurement & Supplier Risk Lead to drive and embed a best-in-class supplier risk, ESG and responsible procurement programme across a global organisation. This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of Procurement, Sustainability, Compliance and Risk. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape policy, influence senior stakeholders and drive meaningful change across a complex international supply base. Reporting into Procurement Leadership, you will be responsible for designing and embedding supplier risk, ESG and governance frameworks, ensuring robust supplier due diligence and compliance across the organisation. You will play a key role in strengthening supplier oversight, improving ESG performance and delivering a consistent risk-based approach to supplier management across all regions and categories. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Procurement, Sustainability, Legal and Compliance, you will help shape the organisation's responsible procurement agenda. Lead the Responsible Procurement and Supplier Risk agenda. β’ Design and maintain supplier risk frameworks, including supplier segmentation by risk, category and geography. β’ Lead supplier due diligence programmes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. β’ Develop and oversee corrective action plans for identified supplier risks. β’ Drive ESG evaluations across strategic and high-risk supplier categories. β’ Develop and deploy responsible procurement policies and governance frameworks. β’ Improve visibility and oversight of strategic suppliers, critical suppliers and wider supply chains. β’ Lead supplier audit programmes and governance reviews across high-risk categories. Experience within Procurement, Supplier Risk, ESG, Responsible Sourcing, Sustainability or Supplier Governance. β’ Strong understanding of supplier risk management, human rights frameworks and responsible procurement principles. β’ Proven track record of implementing supplier governance, risk or compliance programmes. β’ Experience operating within complex global supply chains. β’ Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders. β’ This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced procurement, supplier risk or ESG leader looking to drive meaningful change and make a lasting impact across a global organisation while owning a critical and high-profile business agenda.
