As part of a rapidly expanding Strategic Sourcing Hub, you'll work alongside some of the industry's leading procurement professionals, supporting high-profile sourcing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of indirect spend. With significant investment in people, technology and AI-enabled procurement, this is an exceptional opportunity to accelerate your career within one of the UK's most respected organisations.

The business offers genuine progression, with structured mentoring from senior leadership and a clear pathway into Procurement Manager-level roles within 12–18 months.

This is a strategic sourcing position where you'll partner with senior business stakeholders to deliver commercial value, drive supplier performance and shape sourcing strategies across key indirect spend categories.

You'll initially focus on HR, Marketing and Travel, with opportunities to broaden your remit into areas such as Facilities Management and other corporate services as the team continues to grow.

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing projects, from opportunity identification through to supplier selection and contract award.
  • Build and manage strategic supplier relationships that drive innovation, value and long-term performance.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to influence sourcing decisions and deliver commercially focused procurement solutions.
  • Support the adoption of AI-powered procurement tools and digital sourcing solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements that deliver value while effectively managing supplier risk.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Finance and business leaders throughout the sourcing lifecycle.

Approximately 3–5 years' procurement experience across indirect spend categories.

Experience managing strategic sourcing projects from strategy through to contract award.

Exposure to categories such as HR, Marketing, Travel, Professional Services or Facilities Management would be advantageous.

Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.

Experience within Financial Services, Professional Services or another complex corporate environment is desirable.
