A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a global Procurement function undergoing significant transformation. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about procurement data, reporting and analytics, helping to deliver meaningful insights that drive better commercial decision-making across the business.

Working closely with senior Procurement stakeholders, IT and business functions, you will lead the development of reporting solutions, improve data quality and governance, and deliver dashboards that provide visibility into procurement spend, supplier performance, savings and operational KPIs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the delivery of Procurement reporting and analytics solutions across global transformation programmes.
  • Partner with Procurement leaders and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, define KPIs and translate business needs into reporting solutions.
  • Design, develop and continuously improve Power BI dashboards covering procurement spend, supplier performance, savings, compliance and operational metrics.
  • Integrate data from multiple business systems using SQL to create trusted reporting datasets.
  • Improve reporting quality, KPI consistency and data accuracy by working closely with Data Governance and IT teams.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), gather stakeholder feedback and manage enhancements before deployment.
  • Investigate reporting issues and work with technical teams to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce reporting preparation time.
  • Deliver Power BI training sessions, workshops and user guides to enable effective self-service reporting across Procurement.
  • Produce executive-level reporting and insights to support strategic Procurement decisions across a global business.

About You

  • Experience delivering reporting and analytics solutions within Procurement, Supply Chain or a commercial function.
  • Strong Power BI experience, with the ability to build engaging dashboards and visualisations.
  • Experience using SQL to extract, manipulate and integrate data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience gathering business requirements.
  • A strong understanding of procurement spend analytics, supplier performance reporting and KPI development.
  • Experience supporting transformation programmes and driving continuous improvement through data.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
