Global leading cloud-native software house specialised in Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) and Enterprise Data Management seeks an experienced hands-on Energy Trading Software Sales Manager/Director to lead from the front, manage and grow their EMEA sales team based in London, winning and running a high velocity new logo machine.
My client is looking for a hands-on, revenue-driving Sales Director to anchor their London office and spearhead their next phase of aggressive growth across the EMEA region. This isn't a role for a bystander; they are looking for a frontline leader who loves the thrill of being hands-on in closing complex enterprise sales, whilst commanding respect in the commodity/fintech space, and takes pride in building and developing a world-class commercial team.
This is a player-manager role, ideal for an experienced sales hunter who has either already moved into team leadership or is eager to take that next step, working for a large industry-leading energy trading software and data business going through rapid growth. You will be selling bleeding-edge software in a niche market, where my client is already the global market leader.
You will have countless global Oil Major, Utilities, Commodity Trading House clients that you will be able to reference, but need a “doer” able to raise standards, professionalise the sales cycle and energise their EMEA sales team. This will be an amazing opportunity for a fantastic sales manager looking to move from an ETRM old school product company into a higher value and more niche industry leader.
