In this strategic role, you’ll act as the subject‑matter expert across multiple FM sub‑categories, driving sourcing strategy, supplier performance, and value delivery across a complex and critical area of spend.
Role OverviewAs the Category Manager – FM, you’ll oversee a range of high‑impact procurement categories, including Hard FM (Engineering & Building Services, Fit‑Out, Construction, etc.) and Soft FM.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans across FM services in alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
