Do you possess a strong indirect procurement background and knowledge / first hand experience across BPO, outsourcing, offshoring or the management of third party services? If so, this Category Manager role represents an unique opportunity to step into a dynamic role with an international scope at a major FTSE100 brand that are dominate the market withing their field.

This is your chance to further develop your BPO / Outsourcing experience by contributing to the sourcing and supplier strategy for a range of Third-Party Managed Services across markets such as South Africa, India and Eastern Europe. As the Category Manager for BPO you\’ll be responsible for a multi-million-pound global spend, shaping the way that these offshore partnerships deliver value and performance for the business.

This Category Manager role will sit within a strong outsourcing team at the centre of a key customer-facing function that have great visibility and influence across internastional operations and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end sourcing and contract management for global outsourced and BPO services.
  • Manage the supplier strategy across onshore, nearshore and offshore delivery models.
  • Drive negotiations, commercial strategy, and long-term supplier performance.
  • Ensure strong stakeholders management across procurement, customer service, commercial and tech.
  • Identify opportunities to optimisatise cost, innovate and transform operations through third-party sources.
  • Develop procurement strategies that support high performance across business operationa and services.

Required Experience:

  • 3 years + of strong Indirect procurement experience (ideally IT, Tech, Professional Services, Markeitng)
  • Knowledge of how Outsourcing / Offshoring models work in practice.
  • Knowledge of how Third-Party Services operate or can be leveraged to drive value / transformation.
  • Any exposure to BPO, Outsourcing, Offshoring, ITO or other management of Third-Party Services would be a bonus and advantageous.
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and aligning sourcing strategies to business goals.
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making.
