A leading energy organisation is looking for an experienced HR Category Manager to join its growing procurement team. The role will sit within a Greenfield procurement function that looks to play a central role in enabling the organisation’s ambitious growth plans. The HR Category Manager will lead all procurement activity across HR and people-related services, including recruitment, learning and development, contingent labour and employee benefits. This is a highly visible position, offering the chance to shape category direction, build strategic supplier partnerships and deliver long-term value through innovative procurement strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement and manage the procurement category strategy for HR and people services
- Create and refine a clear category hierarchy, ensuring alignment with broader procurement frameworks and business objectives
