- NEC Contracts & InfrastructureBristol | Hybrid Working | Up to 70,000 + Excellent PackageAre you an experienced Commercial Manager who wants to move beyond day-to-day contract administration and have a genuine influence on how major infrastructure contracts are managed?This is an opportunity to take a leading role in developing and improving contract management strategy across a major UK transport infrastructure programme, working with senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance, strengthen governance and deliver meaningful change.Joining an established, highly respected consultancy, you'll have the autonomy to challenge existing processes, introduce new ways of working and build a more effective approach to managing complex, high-value contracts.The OpportunityLead the development of contract management strategies and improvement programmes across major infrastructure projects.Provide commercial oversight of NEC3 / NEC4 contracts, including compensation events, early warnings, change control and risk management.Lead and develop a team, embedding best practice across contract management and commercial governance.Work closely with senior client stakeholders, influencing commercial decisions and driving improvements.Strengthen supplier performance, contract compliance and commercial value across a portfolio of strategic contracts.What They're Looking ForStrong Commercial Management / Contract Management experience across major construction, rail or infrastructure programmes.Excellent knowledge of NEC contracts, particularly post-award contract management.Experience working within public sector or regulated environments.A track record of improving contract management processes, commercial governance and supplier performance.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders. xsabvtc This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take greater ownership of commercial strategy, influence the direction of a major infrastructure programme and continue progressing their career within a high-calibre consulting environment.To find out more, please apply directly through this page or send your CV to Devan at
