Contingent Workforce Specialist – Global
London – Hybrid | Global Remit | £45,000 - £60,000 + Package
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contingent Workforce / Contingent Labour professional to join one of the world's largest and most prestigious professional services organisations in a genuinely global role.
Working within an international workforce team, you'll partner with hiring managers and senior business leaders across multiple countries to deliver effective contingent workforce solutions. The role combines talent fulfilment, vendor management and stakeholder advisory, offering significant exposure across a complex global organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Managing the end-to-end contingent labour lifecycle, from initial requirement and vendor engagement through to onboarding
- Partnering with hiring managers to advise on talent availability, locations, hourly rates and role structures
- Working closely with contingent labour suppliers / staffing vendors to secure the right talent
- Managing high volumes of requirements across multiple business areas and geographies
- Utilising Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to manage activity, reporting and data, with SAP Fieldglass experience particularly valuable
What they're looking for
- Strong experience within Contingent Workforce, Contingent Labour, Staffing, MSP/RPO or Talent Acquisition
- Experience managing contingent workers through the full lifecycle
- Strong staffing supplier / vendor management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to advise senior business leaders
- Experience with a VMS, ideally SAP Fieldglass
- A proactive, organised individual comfortable working at pace within a complex multinational environment
