The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Objective: To develop good working relationships with operations, production and other departments. To carry out quality checks and related tasks on a routine basis and maintain food safety controls through direct policing and immediate corrective action. Lead and develop a pro-active and employee engaging, problem-solving attitude in the workplace. Support projects & improvement activities. Deputy to Technical Manager for factory related QA activities.
Performance Measures: Completion of tasks against an agreed work schedule. Development of good working relationships with all staff at all levels. Implementation of preventative actions. Improving efficiencies and hygiene in the production environment.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience within a food quality/technical role.
- Internal auditor qualification.
- Level 3 HACCP & Food Hygiene.
- Computer literate (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
- Confident, Passionate & Assertive outgoing nature.
- Essential Food Manufacturing Experience.
