We are working closely with a manufacturing business who are seeking a Sales Administrator to join a small, supportive team, where you will be providing essential operational support to the Sales Team. The role involves contract management, preparing quotations, processing orders, and assisting with tender preparation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual looking to take on a high level of responsibility, while developing strong relationships with both customers and internal departments. Job Description:

  • Prepare sales quotations within a 24-hour turnaround
  • Process orders through the CRM system within the correct lead times
  • Source 3rd party products for proposals and confirmed orders
  • Work with the Account Management to develop schemes, layouts and costings for customers
  • Support with the development, preparation and submission of tenders and documentation
  • Distribute tender documentation to the relevant stakeholders
  • Review, analyse and prepare tender responses within the deadlines
  • Ensure the CRM is updated accurately
  • Coordinate and track drawing requests with the Design Team
  • Answer calls and respond to emails promptly
  • Support the Operations Manager and Account Management team with various departmental duties

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience within a Sales Administration role is essential
  • Ideally have knowledge and experience in tenders
  • Must have CRM experience
  • Be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be able to work independently when required

Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm & Friday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm

Salary: £30,000 per annum
